Aaron Davis spent the majority of his life searching for a sense of belonging and community that is rare in today’s world. This journey has taken him from pain to pleasure, rags to riches, and failure to faith. His life has seen struggles with addiction, homelessness and isolation; all misguided attempts to find his place a part of a strong and loving community. His professional career has spanned diversity with experiences as an Infantry Rifleman in the Canadian Forces, as a Marketing Executive in the Multimedia Development Industry and as a Counselor in the Addiction and Employment Fields. He is currently a Career Coach and Group Facilitator specializing in working with people with multiple and significant barriers to success. In addition to his professional exploits, Aaron is heavily involved in his community as an active member of various committees focused on addiction, poverty, and community development. He is the Vice President of the Emerald Pig Theatrical Society and when not engaged in the above, he can be found acting on stage or directing from behind. All of his experiences have fostered and forced an understanding of his core values: Community, Respect, Responsibility, Creativity, Inspiration, Innovation, Faith and Love. We Are Community is intended to be an example of these values.
Aaron currently lives in Maple Ridge, a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia on the Pacific coast of Canada.
